This time last year...

Some days I need to be reminded how far my children have come. In the past six months alone, so much has changed. But this time last year...

1. I was making 21 bottles a day.
2. I gave over 30 doses of medicine a day.
3. I went to bed at 1am after feeding them and woke up at 6am to feed them again.
4. I had two children on 24/7 oxygen & monitors with 100 feet of tubing running through my house.
5. I had to take them to multiple doctor's appointments a week.
6. I couldn't take them out in public (other than doctor appointments).
7. I was fearful that we'd lose power and I wouldn't know what to do with Aiden & Ella's oxygen.

It's just amazing how 365 days can bring so much change in your life.

As of today...

1. Everyone can finger feed themselves.
2. Everyone is mobile (Ella walking; Jack crusing; and Aiden army crawling).
3. I put them to bed at 7:30pm and they don't get up until at least 8am the next morning.
4. I can take them in public and out to dinner.
5. I only give 2 doses of medicine a day.
6. We go to the doctor only once a month (if that...).
7. If the power goes out, it's okay!
8. I have NO children on oxygen and only one monitor left in my house (just in case).
9. They play with and/or entertain each other...a huge plus!

So excited to see what the next six months hold. I can't even beging to imagine how different they will be in October 2011!
